We typically take a mall intercept study and redefine the parameters so the survey can be self-administered so the facility can conduct them in sessions.  We have a proctor oversee the sessions (to answer any questions, assist with the computer) and we capture their information online, so we can product live results throughout the day.  At the end of the study, we upload all the data into an Excel or Ascii file for analysis – which either we do (and write the report) or our clients do themselves.
